Breakthrough Triad
Before I work long-terms with anyone, we do a Breakthrough Triad. This is three 60-minute sessions to get you clear on where you’ve been stuck and what you individually need to move forward with recovery, and then begin to implement the fundamentals of your recovery strategy.
The first session is an Assessment where we explore what you’ve tried so far, what’s worked and what hasn’t, what you need from a recovery program, and what kind of approach feels right for you.
In the next two sessions, you’ll learn the basics of how to regulate your nervous system and process your needs & feelings beneath the cravings.

Three Month Deep Dive
This consists of weekly 1-hour sessions where we’ll bring deep presence and empathic connection to look at your experiences with food & eating that week.
This package includes daily text & e-mail support to keep you feeling connected and supported in your struggles.
You’re always The Boss of your recovery journey, but you’ll never be alone.
I’ll be holding a tight container where you can find safety and encouragement to be with your most challenging feelings, beliefs, and desires.
Together, we’ll explore the changes you’re making, practice receiving & embodying the positives you experienced, and bring compassion to the places where you’re still struggling and needing more support.
I’ll help you tune-in to your inner wisdom and decide what changes you’d like to make next. Then I’ll help you learn and practice the tools you need to support those changes.
Over these three months, you’ll probably make the biggest changes you’re ever going to make along your journey.
- You’ll get up close and personal with your junk food addiction.
- You’ll learn what emotional and psychological needs it’s filling and you’ll start to practice new ways to fill those needs.
- You’ll start to replace junk food with healthier options, both by choosing “harm-reduction” alternatives, and by eating more whole foods that crowd out the crap.
By virtue of investing so much time, energy, and money into your recovery, you’ll already feel motivated to make big changes.
On top of that, the actual work we do together will invite you into ever more awareness and consciousness around the choices you’re already making, and the new choices you prefer.
Ongoing Support
At the end of the Deep Dive, we’ll evaluate how the work is landing and where you want to go next:
- At this point, you’ll be well on your way to full recovery and may feel ready to move forwards on your own.
- Depending how far you have to go, you might still want support.
If you want to keep working together after three months, we would move to a subscription package of 1, 2, or 4 sessions per month. The 4 session package includes text & e-mail support between calls (often responding right away, but always within 24 hours).
