The SPIRAL Path
Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Here is an overview of what I offer to facilitate your path to recovery. You don’t have to know how far you want to go yet. Simply begin where you are.
Start Here: Exploration Call
A free call to meet, share what’s happening for you, and get a taste of my approach. Together we will see if working together feels like the right fit.
Next: Foundation Series
Three explorations that provide you with practical tools, meaningful insight, and a first taste of food freedom.
This foundational series stands on its own. You will leave with clarity and practices you can use in your recovery journey, whether or not you choose to go further with me.
Then: SPIRAL Immersion
For those who want to go deeper, the SPIRAL Immersion is three months of weekly explorations and daily support.
This is where we build on your foundation, working iteratively with the SPIRAL process. Insight leads to new choices. New choices bring new challenges. Each cycle offers new learning and opportunities for growth.
If needed: Ongoing Support
After the Immersion, some people are ready to continue on their own. Others choose to stay connected with a steady rhythm of support. Either way, the choice is yours, and the door remains open.
Group Work
I’ll be running a closed group in January 2026 for people who want more community and peer support; also as a more accessible option for those with less financial means.
